Downtown location very professional and courteous. However, we live very near to the shop on republic road, but we’re told that the paperwork and phone calling to our insurance company would be a hassle for them, so.... they sent us to the downtown shop which was much more of a hassle for us! Next time we will take our repairs elsewhere.

Shalle Burks has been my office contact and she is absolutely the best great communication only if the shop repair team was half as good as she is there would probably be no issues. Unfortunately the repair done to my truck was a complete failure and completely unacceptable

So I'll start off by saying the repair is great and everyone has been really awesome throughout the process, except one thing. A lot of my change is missing from my car, it's not a big deal I suppose but I've been building it up a lot from my tips for my job and I rarely take the change out, and all the quarters and other silver change are gone.

Your team was been great! You kept me informed at every step. You made the insurance process easy to understand and "held my hand" through it, keeping me informed and confident. When it came time to pick up the car, your associate even stayed a few minutes after hours to accommodate my work hours. The parts they fixed look good, but they did not fix scuffs on the driver’s rear quarter panel that were from debris that came off of the car that rear ended us.

I was in the shop 3 times. The same lady was at the desk each of the times. Each time, she was in the phone almost the entire time I was at the counter. On the first, she had not gotten the rental car that we scheduled though my husband called in advance and she said it was covered. When I came back, she told me I could remove my mask, which is against a City ordinance. On my third visit, she was in the phone talking about how she paid $2000 for a couch that she had not yet received.
