Good customer service and quality work. I don’t love that least some of the repairs were made using salvage parts, but maybe that’s normal. And the repairs were paid for by the other guy’s insurance so again, maybe that’s just how it works in these situations.

Preface, I am a perfectionist assessment is not as bad as it sounds. Some paint overspray, foam/adhesive application isn’t smooth. Interior was not detailed well after completion. Was missing valve stem caps because tires were deflated due to height of van. Time to complete wasn’t within estimate. Smell of chemicals is still strong inside vehicle but will likely subside after curing/off gassing. Staff was very friendly, and office and personnel were professional.

Not completed within estimate, when calling for information about extension was told that the reason was the roof panels needed to be replaced (which was part of the original assessment). Was told that “someone would call right back” when asking about missing valve stem caps, hours passed and still no call by the time I arrived at brick and mortar.
