Honestly we are new to the area, and we needed our car as we are a family of 4. I did not know where to go, and was completely satisfied by the constant communication that i was given. I was so amazed on the work performed. Our car looks brand new, and love the detail that was put into it as I can smell the new car smell again ! I will be a returning customer when needed. The employees were calm and professional and i was given instructions with clarity of what was being done to our car. Thank you so much for your service and efforts that we have received.

My trunk does not close ?? I will have to bring it back. There is also a large chip of paint missing fro m the new bumper. The interior is nice and clean but I’m very frustrated.

Either transition from Dodson-Williams to Crash Champions is going poorly, or a good body shop is becoming bad. Difficult to reach by phone b/c no answering machine; long waits every time I had to go to the shop (repeatedly b/c poor communication); staff members not masked consistently; after they had my car for two days, I was notified they hadn't started work b/c they didn't have the insurance claim number (which I had provided and I also think had been sent by Travelers); several notifications of the time car would be complete, all of one of which was wrong; car was not clean when I picked it up.

My late husband always trusted our vehicle repairs done by Dodson-Williams over the past years. I was treated with the same respect and great service. A big thank you to Bobby for always taking good care of my repairs. Good to know the same friendly employees and workmanship is still there with the new company ownership.
