Can't get over that time of incident, claim to insurance, getting into service, them getting it done, to claim being paid was all just one week. Brandon (sp?) (first and last person I dealt with at Dodson-Williams during this process) was knowledgeable, attentive, and understanding. Kept me informed thru the process and outcome was better than I had expected.
