The overall quality is fine. The pearl is nicely matched. Looks to be 2-3 specs of dust on the trunk lid. The bumper looks good. Underneath the bumper looks good.

Friendly staff that worked with our “special” circumstances. Disappointed that the estimate was half of the final cost. I think we lost a few days due to not clearly understanding what was next. Just have Owen slow down and enunciate. I should have spoke up that I didn’t understand what he said. Front desk is great.
