The tailgate on my truck was not damaged at all when I dropped it off. While it was at the shop or during repair my tailgate looks like it got keyed or scratched. There is a message on my tailgate but I cant quite make out what it says. I didn't call because I paid for the repairs and figured nothing would get done about it anyway.

Nick did an excellent job explaining the process, setting expectations, communicating progress, and handling the final walk through after the repairs were completed. I appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail, especially ensuring the keys did not get locked within the vehicle and helping to buff out some additional scuff marks elsewhere on the vehicle as a courtesy.
