Receptionist very polite and efficient. Estimators new their business and recognized damage I had overlooked. I was kept updated on the progress of my repairs by text and phone. Kept Enterprise updated for me. Work completed quickly. Repairs made the car look like new. Advice on care of new paint given. Very satisfied. Would use again and highly recommend to others.

Started off really great when I dropped the truck off. Then progressively got worse as I couldn’t get them to call me back. Also they truck was delayed which is not an issue but enterprise rent a car gave me a more detailed run down of the issues at hand than the shop did. That was frustrating. Overall tho Reggie H and the team took care of me. Thanks.

Crash Champions replaced the bumper and repainted the sides of the car, which blended nicely with the other sides. This is more challenging since the car is white and there are many shades of white, but it looks like new. Further, the claim was handled quickly and courteously. I appreciate the care they gave my car.
