Crash Champions was great. The issues with insurance and the amount of damage to the car caused the repair timetable to be longer than I would have liked, but there’s nothing we could do to influence the outcome on those items.

At times, it felt like the representative I was working with was slow to reply, but that was while we were stalled for insurance holdups. When they were able to start working on the car, I felt like the updates were on an appropriate, proactive cadence.
