Unless they had another car to use I would be leary to recommend them due to the length of time it took to repair my car. They were very friendly and kind and I could tell they were concerned about the long time it was taking but if they had told me it was going to take that long in the beginning I would have shopped around for a quicker turn around. Friends who have had repairs done were shocked at the time it took.

Looks good but I had to return the day after I got my car back as the right quarter panel was not seated quite right. It was adjusted easily and quickly.

Everyone was very polite. Listened to my concerns and responded respectfully. Unfortunately when I brought my car in I was initially told it would take 3 to 4 weeks. In the end it took 7. Apparently staffing took a hit around the time I brought the car in. I have some coverage for car rental but the length of time it took to fix my car exceeded my coverage. The manager checked with his company and they covered the cost of the rental that exceeded my coverage which I appreciated very much.

We had an AMAZING experience with Crash Champions. The office staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They even gifted some Crash Champion superhero capes to my kids! After it took a little longer than expected to get a part in, they went above and beyond and fixed a dent for free! I have already recommended them to a friend of mine and although I hope not to be back for a crash, I would be happy to return to Crash Champions if needed. This was a great experience!

Customer service agents were AMAZING! They were super knowledgeable and honest. I felt like they were helping us to make our money go the furthest and showed us how we could even do a couple of things on our own at home. I appreciated that.

Very professional work done on my car. My car had minor paint chips and they had them fixed in a couple days. I really liked the status alerts I got via text message. If you have a nicer car and your not sure what collision repair team will do a good job. I would recommend crash champions.
