I would’ve given a 10 for customer service, but I did have an issue where one customer service employee gave me incorrect information about where I needed to drive my car. The problem was quickly remedied by another Crash Champions customer service employee I spoke to. She was very helpful and fixed the hold up with my insurance adjuster.

If I told someone to go there and stuff was stolen from their car as a result of it, I would feel like I was to blame.

Great service and friendly staff. The color match for the paint was nearly there, but looks a bit darker than the stock paint job in direct sunlight. That's only reason for not getting a 10/10.

Crash Champions are amazing. I mean no one plans to be in car accident but unfortunate circumstances like thus happen. To make a long story short in the whole city this guys were the fastest one to get me in despite the delay in shipment of parts across the country got my car back and I was short of words. Could not believe that it was ever in a crash. The before and after photos were clear as day. I was very appreciative of the service and I would most likely recommend to anyone else.
