Well it did take quite a long time, one month, to get repaired but I think I can chalk that up to the same problem everyone else is having, lack of workers someplace. Took 2-3 weeks to get the part. 1st part was not usable. The only other hitch was what I took to be lack of care for what I saw as obvious damage that was not critical to the suspension geometry but was buckled and torn. It was fairly obvious damage that a simple statement in the initial inspection could have addressed by noting it in the comments & in their estimate. But it got resolved. Overall the communications were very good, between my insurance, Collision Champions & myself they got it done.
