I used Excaliber for years. I will give Crash Champions another try myself. If I recommend them before then it will be qualified with the previous experience in mind.

It would be a 10 if there had been a proper check out when I picked up my car. I was left to eyeball the repairs on my own comparing the finished product to the parts list with no one available to answer questions. I appreciate getting my car back on Saturday morning instead of waiting until Monday. I still would have liked someone present who knew about my repairs.

Maddy was fine when I brought the car in but neither she nor anyone with knowledge of the work done on my car was there when I picked it up. Also, I was called Friday night and told my car was ready. But then I was told to wait to pick it up on Saturday morning anytime. I went over at 10:30. It wasn't ready for pick up until just before 11:30.
