10/10 I don't know what could have made it better! I provided my insurance carrier name, signed my name and walked out - what could be easier. The next day I received a link to the estimate provided to my carrier and an estimated completion date, received updates every couple of days and finally a personal call that it was done 2-1/2 days EARLY! The repair looks like new and the car was spotless - INSIDE & out - now that's customer service!! I signed my name and took it home - completely satisfied. I'm already telling my friends about Crash Champions 🏆

Totally pleased - it looks like new! Even the paint match is perfect - you'd never know it had repair work done. ALSO - I don't see the question the paper form said would be on here about the cleanliness when it was returned... it was spotless INSIDE & out!! Now that's customer satisfaction!

Everybody there was wonderful - not at all what you'd get at a typical 'body shop' - VERY professional. Everything was explained up front, I just provided my insurance carrier and signed my name - done! The same when I came to pick it up - they handled all the insurance details and everything. I don't know how they could make it any easier or less stressful.

The service technician we worked with, Kimmy, was amazing and so incredibly professional. She knew so much about cars, types of damage, and the collision repair process. Kimmy explained everything so well - we were completely impressed! Our car looks amazing and you would never know it had been damaged. Length of time for repair was unacceptable. If it takes you three months to source the part, then you shouldn’t take on the job of repair. My tire pressure monitor has not worked since I picked the truck up and there were no issues previously

The repair took forever. Knowing this is due to parts availability, I believe close to 3 months to obtain a part is ridiculous. There was no where in the US this part could be sourced from? My tire pressure monitor has not worked since I picked my truck up, there were no issues before it being worked on here. I havnt reached out because I can’t have my truck onsite for another 3 months
