The car is fine, they took a bit longer than expected to fix it. Crash Champions was supposed to pick up the insurance on the rental i was driving but i ended up having to pay for it. Hopefully i can get reimburse for that.

Car was finished a day early which was nice, but it came back dirty and the people I spoke to were, at times, pretty rude. Also, a part of my hood was not totally repaired.

They promised me my car would be ready three weeks in a row. Telling me my car would be ready on Monday then on Wednesday then on Friday over and over for three weeks. They lied and cost me almost a month extra in a rental car. Then when I got my car back they charged me $399.00 my deductible is only $100. I want to know why? Not very happy with how my claim was processed with them. They did good work the staff was very professional and nice. They had my car from March 20, 2026 to May 11, 2026. That was an excessive amount of time.

Lack of communication causing extra trips. Work not completed in a professional manner. I have had 1 extra trip so far and there will be at least one more because they have not finished hooking up my lights properly

Precious is very friendly both over the phone and in person. Everything was very smooth from drop off thru the repair and than delivery process although i had hoped for a little quicker finality all good things come to those whom wait my car looks showroom new. Thanks
