A little disappointed with the delay on the estimated completion time, finding out the day of was problematic. Crashmasters did pick up my rental thru the weekend but when I returned the car, I was charged for that time by Enterprise. Then when I went to pick up the repaired car, the inner fender protection was torn/ripped. Crashmasters said they would replace it abs would be a 15 minute fix but 2 days later I have not heard an estimated time of delivery of the part. I have had good success with this location and company in years past but not completely satisfied this time and it’s still ongoing and repair is not completed in my opinion.

Pat went or and about to make sure my car was fixed properly. When I dropped off the car he made sure I had a ride home. And when it was ready he delivered to me!! Great customer Service! Will recomend

Car looks great like a new car! Body work is beautifully done. Excellent communication throughout the entire process via texts and phone calls. Nice packet given at pickup with a limited warranty of work done. Very professional staff. Customer satisfaction in mind. The car was cleaned and detailed inside and out at pickup. Thank you for making my 1st deer crash less stressful.
