I was originally told it would be 30 days to fix a very small dent in my car. I found that outrageous. I was offered an appointment two weeks later to drop my car off for five days. At the end of the five days I was told it would be another seven. So it ended up being 30 days anyway. Had I known it would be 12 and not five I would have rented a car and not just borrowed a car so I was not at all happy with that poor communication

The process took a bit due to parts needed & painting to done, but all along the way I was informed of what to expect by Crash Champions in Medina. Kevin especially, but also the ladies in the office, helped me to navigate thru the repair process, & the result was a happy ending. My car looks great! The quality of the work is outstanding. They returned the vehicle back to like new condition. However, the time that it took to complete the vehicle 100% was excessive for the amount of work that needed to be done.My recommendation would be that when it comes to electrical issues they should send the vehicle out to an expert a lot sooner than they did with ours.
