From the rocky river location, then I heard it was transferred to Medina. I had been to another location, serpentini Westlake and I didn’t feel like I could trust them. My vehicle came at least 2 weeks sooner than I anticipated and looks brand new! I appreciate crash champions going over and beyond on the communication, the amount they called and texted and kept me updated on my vehicle status. My vehicle was detailed, the tired dressed, and felt everyone went over and beyond. Craig from Medina has the best communication skills and felt like we are friends! I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you so much!!!!!

I am pleased that my car was cleaned however, the person who cleaned it had no business going through my glovebox or center console not to mention taking all my quarters that were not sitting out in plain site. I guess that was the top for cleaning my windshield
