All around great experience! From the moment I walked into the office the crew was friendly and helpful. Rob was beyond awesome! He really cared about the whole situation and did everything he could to make sure it went smoothly. The updates via phone and text were great. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. The repair, car wash and detailing inside were top notch!! I would recommend you to anyone needing work done. 10 stars!!

I had To take a day off of work to manage the estimate and take the damaged car in, pick up the rental, drive my daughter to work and pick my wife all due to the vehicle being damaged. we cannot be without a vehicle and the person I spoke to on the phone discounted what I had to say and said it should’ve only taken me an hour to do everything. Which was rude, She doesn’t understand our circumstances. My hourly rate is $57.83 at work and I lost eight hours of time and should be reimbursed for that amount thank you Jim

The gentleman at the front desk upon checking in did not listen to my concerns with the ignition. He did his own diagnosing. Also told him the car shook at 53 miles and up. Was told it was aligned but is still shaking in the wheel
