The communication was really confusing early in the process around when an estimate would be provided. Communication improved as the work was done but then at the very end I returned an Enterprise Rental car at Crash Champions on a Friday at 4:00 and apparently Enterprise was not informed since I got billed for 3 extra days.

The employees that I dealt with were all fine--Professional so this should noy count against them. But it took FOREVER to get my car back because the company kept going for cheaper parts that didn't fit. Had to have Progressive involved to get my car finished.
