The car looks good, staff was great, and they got my repairs done quickly. I’m very happy overall. There is some sort of residue on the back gate window in the right bottom quadrant (paint?), but I think I’ll be able to scrape it off myself.

The repair seems good but the constant delays of the delivery date was frustrating. I was promised the truck would be finished on a Friday, 8 days after I dropped it off. They said the window didn't come in and it would be the following Tuesday. Then Wednesday. I had an out of town business trip I had to go on on Wednesday. It should've been ready when I got back on Saturday but was again delayed. Finally, on the following Monday at the end of the day it was ready.
