Our experience was so bad that not only will we not recommend that Crash Champions location, we have actually already told people looking for car repairs in our friends and family circle and strangers to avoid taking it to the Bellevue Crash Champions because of the service quality and unprofessional experience we had. After our experience with this Crash Champions we would rather watch YouTube how to videos to fix our own car then ever take it back to that location again.

There were many issues with the state of our car when we picked it up. Chrome molding not installed correctly over the doors and dust from the having the work done was not cleaned up from the car to name a few things

The 2 front office people (Gabe and McKenzie) were awful at updates and passing off responsibilities when we would call. We couldn't get an update at one point, my wife and I drove to the shop to get an update. Needless to say their customer service was horrendous!!!!
