I absolutely loved being helped by Lucy. She was very understanding, patient, helpful, friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. From the very beginning and until I picked up my van. She went out of her way to make sure I had a ride to go pick up my rental. I was also very happy with Casey. He was also very friendly, kind, helpful and took the time to walk me thru the damages and the repairs afterwards. My van was completed fast and returned to me very cleaned. They both had great communication with me about the process, completion and when I had questions. Anytime I called, everyone who picked up was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I had a wonderful and great experience. Thank you!

The repair of the damage from the accident was great. The car looks good. The only thing is I had also asked if they the body guys could also look at polishing my vehicles headlamps. They confirmed they would or last look at them and tell me if they could. But that request never followed up on as far as I can tell. And no communication back saying it had either been done, or could not be done for some reason. Other than that, the completed work was great!
