Very dissatisfied with repair work as there is a visible paint drip and bumps under the new paint that looks as if dirt was on the door before they painted it.

First impressions were great with the initial estimate but after that the customer service wasn't great. The lady that called me during repairs to let me know that parts broke and I would owe more money was very rude. She couldn't fully explain what new new charges were for and then proceeded to tell me "that's why it's called an estimate," yes, I do know that. I had to email estimator to try to get a better explanation and he acted like the additional $200 was no big deal compared to amounts that get added onto other self pay repairs. Well it might not be a big deal to him, but it was to me. I was not prepared for a 15% increase on my bill.
