The team was great with updating me as the repairs were happening. I have never had to handle a situation like this and they made sure to explain things as they were happening. Greatly appreciate their knowledge and expertise and also hard work.

I dropped my vehicle off with every feature functioning as intended. When I pick my vehicle up, there are several features not funtioning as intended. No remote start, no AutoStart/Stop, all of the back up sensors seem like they've been painted over. My check engine light is on and throwing a code for "ambient air temperature sensor". The damage I brought my vehicle in for was technically repaired, but none of the faults I mentioned were present at the time I dropped my vehicle off at the Crash Champions at 23rd Street / Cornhusker. I will be calling Crash Chamions as soon as they open to get this sorted out.

I must praise Mr Gabe for his profound determination to insure 1st. Class performance/results to my damaged vehicle. This is my second visit to Bellevue NE repair shop. The entire facility is supper quality and prompt service! The repair of my vehicle went extremely well, but my concern was the time it took to repair the vehicle . I don’t think it typically takes 3 and a half months to repair a vehicle . But overall Im at least happy the car is fixed.
