When I requested an updated quote before parts were ordered and work started, I was debating not having the work done and taking the insurance payment, but despite agreeing to call me before parts were ordered or after the estimate was completed, I was not contacted. I had to contact them and parts had already been ordered, so I no longer had the opportunity to discuss it with the insurance company to decide if I was going to do the work or take the money.
