Provided unrealistic time frames of when the work would be completed. Time estimate initially 2 days. Confirmed same time estimate at drop off. Get a text update that the estimate will be 4 days, fine. Day 4, late in the day, have to call to find out that it still won’t be done. There was an issue with a paint run that needed to be fixed, which I appreciate and respect being told and addressed, but this added an entire weekend. Was then that told car would be done Monday around lunch. No word until I call in the afternoon Monday, and now I’m told the car will be another day. When I pick up the car, the hood repair itself looks good. The “detailing” was underwhelming, as there was a bunch of compound on the grill, some small paint blobs on the grill, and paint on my license plate holder. This was addressed, but I left very underwhelmed. For all of the extra time, there was still a lack of attention for those final details. There’s also a paint chip on the grill in the area that was damaged that wasn’t addressed.
