Shop mistakenly told me my car was done when it wasn’t. Any updates I received I had to call and ask them about until very last week when car was done. However, very nice staff and answered all of my questions.

From estimate to completion of repairs, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Crash Champions. They got my car in for repair when they said they would and returned my cat on the stated date. Vanessa Bang was very attentive to all of the details of the repairs. I have dealt with many different body shops for repairs and highly recommend Crash Champions.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Vanessa Bang gave the estimate on my car repair and there were no surprises on the back end. I had an estimate from another body shop that was almost double of what Crash Champions quoted. Although the repairs were somewhat minor, they were professional all the way through and were able to get me in within 3 days and had the repairs done in one day. I would highly recommend Crash Champions.

It took too long to get my car in

My car was returned to me very dirty on the inside. Also there was a scratch in my window tint. Overall, the repairs were done well but I wish there was more care in how my car was treated.
