Overall I am satisfied with the service, coordination, and updates. The only area of opportunity was during the vehicle pickup. I showed up and upon inspection I notice some clear areas in where the paint buffing was not done correctly. I informed that, and the vehicle was brought back to be finished. When return the second time, there we’re still spots nicely finished but areas undone. At that time I informed the employee that I was not in a rush, take whatever time and finished it correctly. I left the vehicle and went to have lunch and return within an hour. This time they got it right. I would gave you folks a 10 because I enjoyed the overall experience, but clearly there’s opportunity in the final inspection once the work has been done and is ready. A proper inspection would identify this and took care of it. In addition, feedback to whoever completed the task will help them strengthen their skills and growth!!! Keep it up and in case I needed, won’t hesitate to return!!! Jose Cruz
