The man who was doing my estimate didn’t know I was on the schedule. Even though I called to confirm the address with the front desk lady. When I came the man was totally surprised and made comments about how they had many to do today and that this was the last one that be scheduled for today to the front desk lady. While he was doing my estimate the front desk lady realized that my name was at the bottom and that I was on fbs schedule. It was uncomfortable. I wish he would have said, I’m sorry I didn’t realize you were on the schedule, but we’ll get you seen right way.

They were friendly and professional overall, but I wish they had been more communicative regarding the amount of time the repair would take. I was originally told it would take 5 days. I had to call on day 6 for an update and was told it would be an additional 3-4 days. I understand they were waiting on parts, but I wish they would have been more proactive in keeping me informed.

They took the time to work with my insurance on a hit and run. Then they were very patient on the 2nd repair (another hit and run) while the local police track down the driver& got the other person’s insurance to pay.
