"I had a terrible experience with Crash Champions Cassatt anve and would never recommend them. While the drop-off was smooth and Zach seemed genuine, the quality of work was the worst I have ever seen. Upon pick-up, I found huge gaps in the bodywork. Worse, the car was covered in scratches as if it were cleaned with a sand-covered cloth. When I raised this, I was told by Zach that it was 'a process' and I needed to file a complaint with my insurance to fix their mistake. I felt misled and lied to. When I spoke to the manager, there was zero accountability—only defensiveness. This entire situation is unacceptable and sickens me."

Crash Champioin on Cassat Ave does a fantastic job. I have brought 2 work vans to be repaired there and they have a system to communicate with you so you know exactly what is happening and when to expect to get your vehicle back. Emily is a joy to work with!

communication was beyond poor. took 5 weeks for the initial repair and i had to constantly call for updates. was told the wrong part was delivered but i have a feeling the wrong one was ordered, and then when it was handed off to me, there were some issues i was told they would give me a call back about scheduling time to get them addressed, and i never heard from you

For now it’s ‘10’ but and if they’ve repaired the damages we will see. I just can’t believe they attempted to give me my car in that condition.
