They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with the insurance and made what could have been a very stressful and inconvenient situation so much easier. Both were incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Their outstanding customer service truly made a difference. When I brought the car in, it was making a wobbling noise due to right wheel hitting the curb. After repair, the car is now making a loud noise that resembles metal rubbing at acceleration and deceleration, a loud squeak on breaking, and a very loud metal clanking sound when turning left. It is currently undrivable and I am coordinating with Progressive to see if we can take it to another shop to look at what happened and try to correct your repair. This has caused tremendous inconvenience to our family.
