The receptionist was excellent. The Body shop manager was not happy when I showed him that the repairs were not done to what I consider satisfactory. This is a 2024 car in excellent condition and now you can tell that the passenger door was repaired instead of replaced new.

Crash Champions was great to work with, again. They are very thorough and communicate along the way to keep me updated on my repairs. The only downfall was having the wrong tail light put on one side and having to take it back to have it switched for complete repair. It also seems some paint peeling off the roof and a scuff on my spoiler which wasn’t not present before the repairs. Otherwise the main damages were well repaired and the car seems the drive well again. I will definitely use crash champions again for repairs.
