The day after my car accident, I took my car in to Crash Champion via recommendation from Geico my insurance carrier. I was greeted my Vincent Goodwin who took great care of me the minute I walked through the door and within 20 minutes he completed my auto collision inspection, made arrangements with Enterprise, and had my rental all set. This was the best client service experience considering the unfortunate circumstances of my accident. Crash Champions provided me daily updates via text and met their due date with precision. Upon dropping off my rental vehicle to pick up my car, I was once again greeted my Vincent and David Rojas, Manager, to look over the work and finalize my paperwork. I could not express my gratitude to this fantastic team of individuals. Thank you Crash Champions of Longwood!

I had a terrific experience. Kayla helped since I walked in the door. I thought I’d have to come back but she said she can take my car now and called the rental car (Hertz) for me , they picked me up within 20 minutes and she kept me updated on my car. It only took a couple of days. My car came back perfect and to top it off my car was cleaned inside and out. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!!! I would give 20 stars!!!!
