The longwise staff was truly AMAZING! From the initial conversation throughout the entire process, everyone was so kind and helpful! Such a great staff of people to work with! I will certainly be recommending them to anyone in need of any repairs! Customer Service at a lot of companies is less than desirable these days and it was really refreshing to have such an amazing group of people to work with! My car is perfect!!!

The only reason I give an 8 is I had to go back for a couple unfinished details. Vincent was amazing to work with. The overall job took longer than expected but these days with all of the COVID stuff, it's to be expected.

The workers are amazing. The process of taking your car and rental are all taken care of for you. It’s 1-2-3. The gentleman who took care of me was so kind and thorough. Really made me feel at ease at what was a stressful situation

The car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up I spent 5 hours cleaning the inside of the car it was covered in dust and dirt. They left several New scratches on the exterior as well as glue or paint in the glass. Not happy

The only reason I am not able to make this a TEN is that rarely ever does a 'place' warrant it. One would have to go far above the top requirements. This shop totally meets above the minimum requirements, they do a great job, and after only a few days after I've got my car fixed i can say I am quite satisfied. I only wish they'd have sent out this email after at least a few weeks of living with the repair.
