10/10 — but honestly, they deserve a 20/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Crash Champions. From the service, communication, organization, and quality of work, everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I came in on Thursday with a broken headlight thanks to flying tire debris on the Florida highway 🙄. Of course, my headlight had to be a special—and very expensive—one! I explained that I really needed my car back because I had a birthday weekend planned with my son, and Mike made it happen! Not only did they get the part and complete the repair, but my car was ready to go the very next day—Friday! Mike went above and beyond, even staying past closing time to make sure I was able to get my car back in time. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. They understood that this wasn’t just about fixing a headlight—they understood how important it was for me to have my car back for my son’s birthday weekend, and they delivered. Mike, you were my hero! 🙌 Thank you to you and the entire Crash Champions team for making a stressful situation so easy. Amazing service, amazing communication, and amazing work.
