I have never had such a pleasant, fast, seamless experience with car repair. Crash Champions has this down to an art form. The offices were clean and comfortable - a welcome departure from typical car service locations. Reception was warm and so helpful - promptly greeted me and got right to work explaining the process and even coordinated a last-minute car rental for me. She then introduced me to Vincent, who handled my inspection and repair process. Vincent is an exceptional representative for Crash Champions - he was so pleasant and professional it made what is typically a chore into an actually enjoyable start to my day. He thoroughly inspected my car for damage and explained the estimated wait times clearly all with friendly conversation and genuine interest. He’s a gem. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better - my car was ready a day and a half early and the repair work is as good as new. I dropped off my rental car at the Crash Champions office and they even took care of the return for me on that. Again, I am just blown away by the service and experience here - more companies should take note. While I hope I don’t have a reason to use their services again, if I do I will use them without hesitation (and happily recommend to anyone who needs them!)
