I had a great experience with Crash Champions in San Leandro. The service was fast, efficient, and the quality of the repair was excellent. I was honestly surprised they were able to fix my car the same day I dropped it off, and everything turned out looking great. It’s hard to find a collision center that delivers both speed and quality like this. A big thank you to Alex, who made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He was communicative, personable, and kept me updated every step of the way, which made a stressful situation much easier. Their estimate was fair and generous, and overall the customer service was exceptional. If I ever need collision repair again, I’ll definitely be coming back to Alex and Crash Champions. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a collision center. :)

I have already told my parents and friends to come a visit this center. My family and I have jobs that require a lot of commute and having a reliable car is a must. I can say with confidence that this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a collision center. the service was beyond exceptional. I dropped off my car expecting the usual long wait, (at least a week) but they had it repaired and ready the very same day. The quality of the work and their assistance was outstanding. The team was professional, fast, and They treated my car like it was their own, and the results were flawless. I can tell they truly care about their customers, they were all very polite and friendly since the beginning. Finding a shop that combines speed, honesty, and top-tier craftsmanship is rare, but this place exceeded every expectation I had. I’m beyond impressed and extremely grateful. I drive for a living, and having a collision center I can trust my car with, means everything.

It too long to repair. You missed to order the parts - TWICE. Then, on delivery date you found one wrong part further delaying delivery.

Communication was terrible... they never returned calls, and I only knew about the progress of my repair and when it was ready because I called repeatedly, even on the day of pick up to confirm the time.

Crash Champions completely missed the fact that the vehicle had safety issues with the SRS Airbag system. I had to bring that to their attention. I lost all confidence and will look very critically at future issues not discovered with vehicle. So far i believe the known issues have been resolved. Stay tuned!
