Crash Champions completely missed the fact that the vehicle had safety issues with the SRS Airbag system. I had to bring that to their attention. I lost all confidence and will look very critically at future issues not discovered with vehicle. So far i believe the known issues have been resolved. Stay tuned!

I would like to first give a special shoutout to Alex and Mike for making my experience at Crash Champions extra amazing. They went above and beyond to explain the repair and work needed to be done along with having my babygirl (Tesla) looks good as new in a timely manner. Answered all of my questions & addressed all of my worries & concerns with flying colors. I am a 100% satisfy w/ Crash Champions repair work & customer service and would highly recommend it to other Tesla or non-Tesla customers without a doubt. Quite frankly, I was going to do my repairs with Tesla Collision Center in San Rafael but after speaking with someone from their auto repair shop, I wasn’t feeling their professionalism and made a huge decision to trust Crash Champions which was referred by my Tesla insurance agent. I am glad I did bc of all the above reasons. Also shoutout to Linda, receptionist, who was also amazing & pleasant. Thank you again for making my Tessie feel brand new all over again.
