The quality of the work was fine. I just became frustrated with the multiple changes to the delivery date, I'd prefer a date that was firm, and not provide dates that couldn't be met.

Interactions with everyone I spoke with were helpful and pleasant. My only issue was the delivery date was moved four times, which was frustrating. i'd prefer to have been given a delivery date that was firm, as I had to change plans several times based on the delivery date being moved back repeatedly.
