Had a wonderful professional experience from the moment I scheduled online to pick up. They kept my appointment times and my vehicle was ready 6 days early. They even cleaned the interior and washed the floor mats. I highly recommend Crash Champions.

Part wasn't ordered until car arrived for appointment even though I brought the car in two times before appointment. The wrong part was initially sent so they had to reorder which caused a delay in my car getting done in a timely manner. Communication could have been better as I always had to call for updates

The paint and repair were perfect. The problem is there was an extra 10 miles put on the car. Considering it is a Camaro SS, I am guessing that someone went hot rodding in it, because there's no other reason for the milage that I can think of. I told them when I dropped it off not to let anyone take it out and I was assured that I wouldn't be. I think they need to take a look at their security cameras backup to see who took it out. It's doubtful that I would take my car back there for further paint work.
