Work on one item was done great. The other item was not performed and they wanted me to bring back car in at a later date for that to be done. Frustrating as I had to wait a few months initially to get car in the first place and then would have to bring it back again to get entire work done that was not performed.

My only critique was my repair was a small job that I believe should have been done in a day but my car was at the shop for 4 days. Fortunately, as for my/our circumstances this did not create an inconvenience. Other than this point the customer service was excellent.

When I first came over to have an estimate done. I was not able to get it done that day. They said, I needed an appointment. There was no one else was there. When you were Metro I didn't have that problem. As for the day of estimate and day of repair was excellent customer service.
