I appreciate that Crash Champions' help and repair. But it took longer time than I expected which passed the rental car time span and caused me extra $200 bucks to pay for the rental.

I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and professional. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my car, but they also went above and beyond by helping me find an Enterprise location for a rental after multiple places told me they had no cars available. That alone took so much stress off my plate. I really appreciated the constant updates—I was kept informed every step of the way through text messages, which made the whole process feel smooth and transparent. My car was originally scheduled to be finished on Tuesday 4/7, but they got it done early and I was able to pick it up on Friday 4/3, which was such a pleasant surprise! From reception to Rick, who oversaw my repairs, everyone was kind, patient, and truly cared. Even after I had a bit of a meltdown the day I dropped off my car, they treated me with nothing but understanding and support. Rick promised my car would be returned exactly how it was before the accident—and he absolutely delivered on that promise. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing repairs!
