This is my second engagement with CC and overall the work is exceptional. In this go around, I specifically called out that USB ports were not functioning after the accident and there is debate as to whether it is due to the accident and that I should engage with Ford. I called this out at the time of assessment, but for some reason it was not resolved.

My reasoning for not providing a 10 was due to the fact that my USB issue was not resolved. All other work was excellent, just disappointed that there was debate on the USB issues.
