Pickup date was 3 weeks past the committed date, but some of the delay was parts from the manufacturer, so largely out of their control. The last week’s delay was due to the shop inadvertently damaging a connector to the headlamp, which required them to take it to the local GMC dealer to troubleshoot and order a replacement part. Overall, they were good at communicating and were very helpful and professional in how they dealt with us through the process. Rarely does a repair go without setbacks, so that’s understandable, but to rate a 10 would require a seamless repair and hitting the due date, which is why the ranking given. Good group of people across all that we dealt with, and represented the brand well. The quality of the repairs look back to the original state, so solid work there.
