I was scheduled to take in my truck 9/20/22 (to get the side mirror fixed and the back of the truck) but the parts were not ordered and I had to wait an additional month and a half to get my side mirror repaired and a new manager had to retake pictures of the second claim. I was told the previous manager would order the part but he did not. And now I’m still waiting for the second part of my truck to get repaired. New pictures had to be taken.

No, I would give ZERO if it's available on the choices. Dina, the receptionist, is very rude and not helpful at all. I have to compromise just for me to get a good service. She answered the phone and let me talk, then transferred a call to someone. I asked her to give me a printout of my service, and she looked at me like I didn't know what I was asking and sigh roll her eyes in front of me. As for Tim, when my brother complained or ask to him why does my car have dents and scratches, when we picked up the car, he alsomost last out to my brother. I just let it go because he was scary raising his voice to us. When I noticed that my car had been moved around Alameda, I called him and left voicemails inquiring why my car had been driven out and never received a callback or explanation. Overall, customer service is horrible. I should have believed the reviews online.
