Was told my estimate would take 3 days. I returned 10 days later and was told still no estimate. Phone calls were not returned, I would have to drive to the shop to find out what was going on with the estimate multiple times because calls were never returned. I finally connected with the manager Juan. Juan was excellent and moved my car through. If not for the lies and terrible experience up front, I would recommend the shop. Juan was great and the work looks great.

The manager Juan, was great and once he got involved things were fine. Prior to that I was told it would be 3 days before the could book an estimate appointment. Finally agreed to do it that day. Told I would receive the estimate 3 days later. A week after the appraisal I went back to the shop and there was no estimate. At that point 10 days has passed and my car hasn’t been appraised. At that point Juan (manager) stepped in and took care of everything. Juan was a 10, prior to that the shop was a very bad Yelp review

Very slow service, claiming parts problems (for very minor parts). This is the second car we had repaired there, Same problem.
