During the whole time my car was being repaired @the Lafayette Crash Champions they were updating me about the progress, the claims went smoothly, and Karla made it so quick and easy to check in and check out. They even oferred to return the rental car. The reapais are lifetime warrantied and look beautiful and flawless.

Carla was very kind and helpful. The person that answers your phone , Cewa or something similar , is not helpful. I called on a Thursday to see if USAA order still active. She said no. I asked her to call and get updated order. She didn’t sound motivated , said it can take a week. Called Monday to see if she had heard from USAA, she hadn’t contacted them yet. No reason given why she didn’t do it. I called USAA, they e-mailed me the same day and sent authorization to Crash Champions. She is going to lose you lots of business .
