I have been to this location three times now because of the horrendously bad drivers in the SF Bay Area that have struck my vehicle 😳😬 & have been completely satisfied with the quality of this location’s work as well as the friendliness of the staff here. It’s also in a great location for being able to get a rental car from either Hertz or Enterprise who are also willing to pick you up and drop you off but for anyone who enjoys a nice walk they are both within 1-2 miles away.

My bumper still looks great from the last repair they did the last time but they also are great at doing courtesy fixes of nearby areas which they did this time as well as the last time.

This is my Go To Body Shop ever since they were called Mike’s Auto & Body or something along those lines, unfortunately I have had my vehicle in to this location 3 times from poor Californian drivers over the years and they have always done a superb job. The location is close to 2 rental car companies (Hertz & Enterprise) that you could potentially walk to if you had to as they are within 1-2 miles away but they will also pick you up & drop you back off as well, but I know AAA defaults to Enterprise as I suspect they have some Corporate deal with them. Hertz is closer to this location & accessible without having to cross the major Crow Canyon & San Ramon Valley intersection which is also right by the busy 680 highway exit; which you’d have to cross if you decided to walk to the Enterprise location.
