Front desk: Heavy woman at the desk booked the wrong date for taking the car in. When picking it up, I called and she gave me a time few hrs away. Then immediately, after 5 min, I received a text saying my car was ready. I went there. She said I gave you later time. I tried showing her the text, which she ignored. After going home. Ai saw some glue and a scratch. I emailed her which was ignored for days so I had to call. Mechanic/ manager - George: Car was in for a specific issue, trunk lid was misaligned by another body shop. He repaired few other things, replaced something but while doing so, trunk alignment was not addressed. During pick up, I showed him that. Also trunk wasn't opening properly. He blamed the wind blowing, ramp, car model, my memory and whatever. I made him do the alignment - which should have been done already as that was my concern, and the trunk opened as it should have. He made the alignment as if it was a favor or an extra work. We were not in a hurricane that wind pressure would cause the trunk lid not to open. Being on a ramp doesn't mean anything. Because if the thing was working when new then that's it's original condition. My memory is just fine, so I had to show him a video. But then he blamed the model. All this and during the course, no apologies from the front desk woman or George. Just blaming things. That's my experience.

Crash Champions had my car for a month as there was quite a bit of damage to my BMW. My communications with them or understanding, empathetic and informative. Although a month was a long time, my car looked brand new and drove perfectly. I highly recommend the Crash Champions in San Ramon California.

Staff at Crash Champions responded to my calls even after hours to assure me my car was being worked on and would be ready, but not until everything was done to perfection. I got quite emotional on more than one phone call and staff, especially George was phenomenal.
