An excellent and seamless client experience all around! Jorge and Gabby at the Vallejo location were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the duration of my vehicle’s repair. The team had consistent and thoughtful communication throughout and went above and beyond to support me with accessing information for a rental complication, ensuring I had access to ride share/carpool as a courtesy service when I was unable to obtain my rental. Overall, I could not recommend a better repair center that is professional and proficient, all while expressing a warm and welcoming tone towards all their customers! Jorge, Gabby, and the team here have been awesome and have made something as vehicle repairs, which usually feels like a stressful ordeal, into very enjoyable and smooth experience!
